Yeah, that's right. I was one of the chosen people.

I was on a CANCELLED American Airlines flight.

Screw you AA.

What was supposed to be a 3 hour flight, turned into this:

LAX to Dallas flight

Another CANCELLED flight, this time from Dallas to Austin

So we got on a Dallas to Killeen flight

Killeen is 50 miles outside of Austin

Drive 1.5 hours from Killeen to Austin on a $100+ rental car

Oh, did i mention that our luggage was nowhere to be found

since we checked it in LAX.

Supposed Travel Time: 3 hours

Actual Travel Time: 10 hours

Never again.
