did u get refills on ur drink at versailles? lame 'ol server charged us for a refill!!!! --- he got a $2 tip...which we later regret giving him...lame

we all just got water, so no refill charge for those (thankfully).
The boys were pissed that the beers were $4.50 each and the guy was tempting them with it. Then the guy just said "hey, this is manhattan beach". so he got a 4 dollar tip. which come to think of it we shouldnt have given him .... lame
